
Far & Wide – May 2026
May started softly, got incredibly loud during the middle, and then finished with a wonderful return to routine. Tag along as we go over what happened that month.
These are my favorite images to take. I love escaping where I work in the city and exploring the other far more wonderful part of the world, nature.

April was a mooovie (read in an Austin Powers voice). While on a planned trip to New Orleans, a surprise happened and I ended up going to Charleston! It was a wonderful month topped with family and a dash of hiking nearby. Let's crack on and see how it went.

In May 2026 my brother and I took a last minute trip to Iceland. Over seven days we would drive out to Hofn and back - along the way hiking and photographing some of the most dramatic scenery I've ever seen.

March was a paradoxically busy and quiet month. We did a lot, but at the same time it felt like we had a lot of time to rest and recharge which was a welcome change.

February was a month full of questions. I found myself reflecting a lot on what I was going to do next, and what better company to do that reflection with than the solitude nature affords. Tag along.

Sometimes you just gotta scratch the itch. I did it by visiting Moab, Utah to photograph the sandstone.

Frankly January came and went in a blink. There wasn't much photography save for one weekend. Let's talk about that weekend.

Wrapping up the year, we had some amazing conditions in the mountain alongside quite a few lack-luster conditions. But we work with what we have. Ft. New England at the tail-end.
