As you may know, I’ve visited Zion before and while I was there I saw many great sunrises – however the one that stuck out to me the most was this morning with my friend Chris Young. He had driven from Salt Lake to see me, and we were planning on (and would be) hiking all day.
We started the morning off with a visit to a location I’d been a previous day – but was happy to visit again. This time shooting and exploring a whole different section, to what I’d seen prior. This image was my favorite from the morning – I love the silhouetted nature of the image from the shadowy arch I was taking this photograph through.
